TRAINING OF INDIGENOUS TEACHERS: INTERDISCIPLINARY EXPERIENCES

摘要
This work presents two experiences with indigenous teachers from schools located in the municipality of Tocantinia-TO. The actions took place during a meeting of Continuing Formation in the villages whose objective was to discuss interdisciplinary planning and to relate traditional and cultural knowledge with scientific knowledge from a dialogic and problematizing practice. The first one, tells the experience of educators Xerente of the Escola Indigena Sremtowe, from Aldeia Porteira, on the management of tereza seed, from the harvest to the production of handicrafts. The second, with teachers from the Waikarnase Indigenous School of Aldeia Salto, addresses the problem of garbage which, in addition to polluting the streams, has caused damage to health, especially children and the elderly. In both cases, teachers discussed and planned interdisciplinary classes whose content was understood as the dialogic axis between the disciplines and the levels of the classes in order to make the class more participatory and meaningful for students. In evaluating the activities, the teachers emphasized the importance of this methodology, as it helps in the construction of the curriculum of the indigenous school, differentiated and intercultural, which should contemplate the cultural experiences of the Akwe people, maintaining relation with mother earth and valorization of the knowledge the differentiated school, Bilingual, intercultural and community.
