摘要
The effect of internal radiation and specular reflection on the temperature fields and solid-liquid interface in semitransparent oxide Cz growth is studied. It is shown that temperature distribution in crystals can be strongly distorted if reflection of radiation at the crystal side surface obeys Fresnel's law. This effect correlates with the values of conductive-radiative parameters and optical thickness of a crystalline phase. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
