摘要
The loading mode of dies has a significant influence on material flow, property of the blade and forging load etc. in the multi-directional forging process of the blade with a damper platform. An appropriate loading mode enables material flow, less flash and improves inhomogeneous plastic deformation of the blade. Therefore, according to the geometrical and forming property of blade, two different loading modes are designed, that are:dies are loaded in vertical direction firstly, then in horizontal direction; dies are loaded in vertical and horizontal direction simultaneously. Then a 3D rigid-viscoplastic finite-element model of the two different loading modes for multi-directional forging process of the blade with a damper platform is built using DEFORM-3D. Furthermore, the influence laws of the two loading modes on material flow, distribution of equivalent stress and load of dies are investigated. The results obtained show that uniform deformation, improved forming quality and low load of dies can be achieved by using the later loading mode.
