摘要：

This paper first analyses the condition and situation of the medium and small- size enterprises strategic alliance in China. Then it points out the medium and small- size enterprises should chose suitable alliance organization, make alliance with big enterprises more, search the support of the government, and develop their technology capability by technology union when they make strategic alliance with others. Finally it suggests government should also create better innovation environment for R&D strategic alliance. This paper provides a new way for application and foundation of the medium and small-size enterprises R&D strategic alliance in China.
