摘要：

By analyzing the data of Chinese textile industry from 2001 to 2005, this paper presents that the resource endowment is not the main fact deciding the industry competition oil more. In order to achieve the sustainable development of Chinese Textile Industry, it is necessary to change industry development mode, to enhance enterprise innovation ability and to increase the technical content or value added of textile product. In short, it means the transformation from comparative advantages based on resource endowment to competitive advantages based on technology advancement.
