摘要：

In employment and labour protection there are mutually connected problems. Every job for an employee must be supported by a secure foundation of labour relation and safety on thejob. In this paper problems are analyzed witch have an impact on the national economy at present and in the future. For analyzing these problems of the Law of labour protection, Labour law, Civil law and corresponding regulations of the Cabinet of Minister was used. Standard documents are suited for the rural and forestry sector which could represent problems of the national economy. In this paper employment, labour protection, standard documents, labour environment, work places, means of production, ergonomics, health, education of employees and financing of labour protection are evaluated.
