摘要：

This paper aims to examine the quality of public finance in Romania, in terms of efficiency indicators of public revenues. The paper is based on official data for the years 2008 to 2010. Within the following the author tries to show the effectiveness of management of public revenue through a series of indicators closely linked to fiscal revenues and GDP. This paper comes to present an analysis of revenue collection and its quality, and also solutions for improving the collection ratio.
