摘要
Justice is the composite of ideas, values, beliefs and laws by which a society establishes the forms of social intercourse. Given the way in which it is represented graphically in the West, the image of the blindfolded woman holding a balance of dishes, is the most recognized and used. Here we analyze the sense lines through which societies called "Western" represent justice. We believe that these images reflect the joint "moral/right", which is common to the Greco-Roman tradition and the modern Positivism.
