摘要：

The real estate is not only the basic form of activities of human society, but also the main activities of closely related to the human environment. The development of real estate industry is close to the urban capacity for. On the basis of the analysis of the factors, an index system can be established to evaluate the sustainable development of urban real estate industry from three aspects: the economic development, the support of resources environment and social development. The modified comprehensive assessment system was proposed by means of Principal Component Analysis method. The study discussed the sustainable development of real estate industry in Beijing using the statistical data in Beijing from 2000 to 2007, and analyzed the relation of coordinated development between the subsystems.
