A new aphid, Aulacorthum albimagnoliae Lee sp. nov., is recognized on a native cucumber tree, Magnolia sieboldii K. Koch (Magnoliaceae), in the highland area of South Korea. Descriptions for the apterous vivipara and alate vivipara are presented with illustrations of characteristics of both microscope slide-mounted specimens and live aphids. A key to macrosiphine aphids on Magnolia of the world is presented, which includes all species of the genus Aulacorthum in Korea.
