摘要
The rotor of the permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor is composed of multilayer flux barriers embedded permanent magnets. Due to the complex structure of the rotor, the torque performance of the motor is greatly affected by the structural parameters of the rotor. This paper mainly studies the influences of rotor structural parameters such as flux barrier shape, number of layers, rib width, air gap length and permanent magnet parameters such as permanent magnet width and thickness on torque performance. Then, the torque performance comparison between permanent magnet-assisted reluctance motor and surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor with the same permanent magnet usage is made. The research results show that the length of air gap and the width of rotor ribs are the most important parameters that affect the torque performance of the motor. In addition, adding a small amount of permanent magnets to the magnetic barrier can significantly increase the motor output torque.
