摘要
The commissioning process includes commissioning of design, construction, acceptance, post-acceptance and operation phases during the building life in order to optimalize HVAC design and operation. Dynamic simulation program is considered as one of the useful commissioning tools for operational behavior. In the present paper, the reproducibility of a dynamic simulation program called HVACSIM+ was verified at first by comparing the actual measurements and simulated results in normal states for a HVAC system with single duct and constant air volume. As the result, it was verified that the program could reproduce the dynamic behavior of the system with sufficient accuracy. Then, several faulty states at each phase are supposed and simulation results are compared with normal one to evaluate possibility of detecting and diagnosing these faults for commissioning using dynamic simulation tools.
