摘要
We report the realization of an index modulated dielectric substrate by three-dimensional (3D) printing technology. Such dielectric substrate is further combined with uniform copper inductive and capacitive grids to act as a phase modulated partially reflective surface. The resulting surface is used in a Fabry-Perot cavity antenna in order to steer the radiated beam to an off-normal direction.
