摘要:
This paper presents precision full-wave rectifier for low-level signal with operational conveyor and current mirrors. Operational conveyor circuit topology, based on current-steering output stage, is also described and analyzed. The current-mode full-wave rectifier is realized with four unity-gain current mirrors and three DC current sources. PSPICE program was used to verify the proposed design of the operational conveyor and precision full-wave rectifier. The results of the simulation are presented and compared with simulation results of the realization that was published.
