摘要
Uniaxial compression tests on semi-solid AZ61 alloy fabricated by stain-induced activation (SIMA) process and the conventional casts were carried out using the Gleedle-1500 dynamic material testing machine. The relationships between stress and stain were analyzed. The numerical relationships among processing parameters (strain rate epsilon(z), strain epsilon(z), temperature T, liquid volume fraction f(L)) and stress were studied. The proposed constitutive equation was established for semi-solid AZ61 magnesium alloy using the multiple nonlinear regression method. A scientific basic provided for both numerical simulation of processing process of semi- solid AZ61 alloy and rational choice and control of processing parameters. Study on the Two-Axle Bending with Elastic Roller forming technique of non-circular cross-section tubular parts based on the feed force control ADVANCES IN MACHINING & MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY VIII KEY ENGINEERING MATERIALS English Article; Proceedings Paper 8th Conference on Machining and Advanced Manufacturing Technology in China NOV 15-17, 2005 Hangzhou, PEOPLES R CHINA Adv Machining Technol Inst China, Met Cutting Tool Engn Assoc, Zhejiang Univ Technol, Nanjing Univ Aeronaut & Astronaut, Huaqiao Univ sheet metal forming; two-axle bending; non-circular cross-section; force control Two-Axle Bending Technique with Elastic Roller (TABTER) is a kind of advanced manufacturing method for bending tubular parts, specially suiting for the difficult-to-work metal materials with high specific strength, and it can obtain a finer forming accuracy. Now the technique has been applied to bend split-sleeve and missile body cylinder successfully. In existed theories, the forming precision of the parts is controlled by adjusting the feed distance between the two axles. But because of the aging problem of the elastic roller and other uncertain factors, the feed force may be different even using the same feed, thus the forming precision cannot be ensured. To solve this problem, the forming theory by controlling the feed force between the two axles is proposed. Then the NC model of forming the non-circular cross-section tubular parts based on the theory is built. At last, the NC prototype machine is developed and some experiments are carried out on the machine. Embedded into the conventional DFF, a modified 2T-2C memory cell is adopted, and the optimization area ratio between memory cell and load cell (C-S/C-L) is also investigated. Besides, during power on mode, to reduce glitch on the plate line (PL) of ferro-capacitors, we propose a new control circuitry and timing scheme. And some other design issues such as power supply protection circuit are also discussed for nonvolatile applications. Finally, simulation results of the whole circuit are given to verify our design successfully. Standardized dentin disks were prepared and the central hole in each disk was filled with mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). The specimens were randomly divided into four groups to be immersed in saline, 5.25% NaOCl, 2% chlorhexicline, and Glyde File Prep for 2 hours. The bond strengths of MTA-dentin were measured with a material testing system (MTS) and the fractured surfaces on the root walls were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Compared with the control group, the bond strengths were significantly lower in Glyde File Prep group (p < 0.05) and there was no significant difference in the chlorhexidine group or in the NaOCl group (p > 0.05). This study suggested that Glyde File Prep could negatively affect the bond strengths of MTA-dentin. Performance evaluation of electro-rheological fluid and its applications to micro-parts fine-machining ADVANCES IN MACHINING & MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY VIII Key Engineering Materials English Article; Proceedings Paper 8th Conference on Machining and Advanced Manufacturing Technology in China NOV 15-17, 2005 Hangzhou, PEOPLES R CHINA Adv Machining Technol Inst China, Met Cutting Tool Engn Assoc, Zhejiang Univ Technol, Nanjing Univ Aeronaut & Astronaut, Huaqiao Univ electrorheological fluid; micro-parts; superfine machining This article first presents the performance of Electrorheological Fluid (ER fluid). Thus, a new-style machining technique based on ER effect to form a tiny grinding wheel is developed for superfine machining. By adding abrasive particles to ER, an array of stable chains of ER particles can be shaped when an electric field is applied and abrasive particles are fixed to these chains structure. When the tip of tool is rotated, the abrasive particles rotate with the flow and a superfine grinding process come into being. This process is expected to be applicable to the aspheric surface machining of micro miniature components made of optic glass or other hard-brittle materials. The approach uses a beamspace preprocessing structure based on frequency domain frequency-invariant beamforming. The frequency-invariant beamformers are designed using the optimal array pattern synthesis technique based on second-order cone programming (SOCP). The proposed method only ensure that the beam patterns are constant within the main beam region while control the sidelobes, which leads to smaller focusing error. Numerical results show that the proposed method provides lower resolution threshold and lower root-mean-square error (RMSE) of estimate compared with the existing method. The dependence of the switching field on the defect width, the direction of the external magnetic field, and the magnetic parameters (including magnetization, anisotropy, and exchange stiffness) of the host material and the defect was studied. In particular, the switching field, domain wall angle, and even the whole hysteresis loops of the strongly exchange-coupled NiFe/SmFe/NiFe trilayered film, which were found experimentally to depend on the direction of the external magnetic field, were well reconstructed by the free boundary domain wall pinning model using the experimental average magnetic parameters of the film. Cryotherapy was the first widely used ablative technique, achieving a median survival of more than 2 years. Patient selection is important, but the prognostic criteria have been controversial. The combined treatment modality of cryotherapy, resection, and hepatic arterial chemotherapy has been used in treating unresectable liver disease. Many centers would not surgically treat patients with multiple (five or more lesions) bilateral liver metastases. This series reports on longterm results after cryotherapy and hepatic arterial chemotherapy with or without liver resection in 224 patients with colorectal liver metastases, especially in patients with multiple bilateral liver disease, and identifies important prognostic determinants for survival. STUDY DESIGN: A longterm retrospective analysis was performed of prospectively collected clinical data of 224 patients with colorectal liver metastases who received cryotherapy and hepatic arterial chemotherapy with or without resection. Morbidity, mortality, recurrence, and survival rates were reported and Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression analysis were used to identify prognostic indicators. RESULTS: Median length of followup was 26 months (range 1 to 130 months). Perioperative mortality rate was 0.4% and morbidity rate was 21%. Cryosite, remaining liver, and extrahepatic recurrence rates were 39%, 62%, and 67%, respectively. Median survival was 31 months (range 1 to 130 months) with 1-, 3, and 5-year survival rates of 87%, 43%, and 23%, respectively. Ninety-one patients had five or more bilateral lesions. Median and 5-year survival was 31 months (2 to 88 months) and 26%, respectively. Four factors were independently associated with favorable survival outcomes: cryotherapy with resection, complete tumor eradication, low pre- and postoperative CEA levels. CONCLUSIONS: Cryotherapy and hepatic arterial chemotherapy with or without resection can achieve long survival advantage in patients with unresectable colorectal liver metastases. Because of the complexity of color perception, there is no single color space which can represent various properties of color perception and provide a consistent retrieval capability in indexing oil paintings. We propose a new color space for indexing and retrieving oil paintings, which is based on pigment color mixing and the psychology of seeing. The new space includes seven color elements: pure color, white, black, tint, tone, shade and grey. Finally, six semantic query categories are defined in accordance with six color arrangements in oil paintings. The morphology, particle size, agglomeration process of nano-Al studied in normal incident shock waves are comprehensible evaluated by x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The above-mentioned techniques show that the high strength and temperature of incident shock wave give a chance for activity of nano-Al in the reactions and decrease the agglomeration, and the morphology of agglomeration is affected by the temperature of nano-Al reaction region. The dynamic temperature of reaction region determined by the intensity ratio of two AlO bands is 2602K, which is closer to nano-Al actual reacted temperature than the-determined temperature of ordinary methods (i.e. six channel instantaneous optical pyrometer; plank black body radiation law, etc.). Different cholinergic" teratogens, mainly heroin, induced both pre- and postsynaptic hyperactivity in the hippocampal cholinergic innervation that terminated in desensitization of Protein Kinase C (PKC) isoforms to cholinergic receptor stimulation. Understanding this mechanism enabled its reversal with a pharmacological therapy-nicotine infusion. Studies by others provided similar findings by targeting the deficits respective to the model investigated. Consistently, destruction of the A10-septal dopaminergic pathways that downregulate the septohippocampal cholinergic innervation ameliorated maze performance. Grafting of embryonic differentiated cholinergic cells or neural progenitors similarly reversed the biochemical/molecular alterations and the resulting deficits. Reversal therapies offer a model for the understanding of neurobehavioral teratogenicity and, clinically, offer a model for potential treatment of these deficits. Whereas neural progenitor grafting appears to be the most effective treatment, pharmacological reversal with nicotine infusion seems to possess the most feasible and immediate therapy for neurobehavioral birth defects produced by various teratogens, including drugs. This is true even though the effect of pharmacological therapies is diffuse, affecting multiple areas of the brain.
