摘要
The crystal structure of the metastable state of ferroelectric lead germanate, Pb5Ge3O11, Nas investigated by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). It was concluded that the crystal structure of the metastable state is a result of the random piling up of isolated oxygen tetrahedra, GeO4, and double tetrahedra, Ge2O7, in layers perpendicular to the c-axis. Stacking faults between the layers with a relative shift parallel to them are included randomly in the structure.
