Triply bridged dicopper-bis(trimethylsilylchalcogenolates):: Synthesis and characterization of the series of helical complexes [(Me3SiE-Cu)2(μ-Ph2PCCPPh2-κ2P)3] (E=S, Se, Te)

摘要
The copper-chalcogenolates [(Me3SiE-Cu)(2)(mu-Ph2PC equivalent to CPPh2-kappa(2)P)(3)] (1, E = S; 2, E = Se; 3, E = Te) have been prepared in good yield from [(OAcCu)(2)(mu-Ph2PC equivalent to CPPh2-kappa(2)P)(3)] and E(SiMe3)(2) at low temperatures. Complexes 1-3 contain two pendant -ESiMe3 moieties bonded to copper(I) centres, which are also bridged by three didentate ligands to form helical structures. Complexes 1-3 have been characterized by single crystal crystallographic and spectroscopic methods.
