Emission spectra of LT-GaAs photoconductive antennas based on epitaxial films of "low-temperature" gallium arsenide (LT-GaAs) are measured in the terahertz frequency region by the Fourier transform spectroscopy. (C) 2015 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
