摘要
The paper applies evolutionary game theory to the system of emission trade, by analyzing the replicator dynamics as well as evolutionarily stable strategy between water environmental regulators and emission enterprises, derived the equation of replicator dynamics and evolutionarily stable strategy, besides, analyzing the stability, thus obtained the relationship between water environmental regulators and emission enterprises under the system of emission trade, and gave suggestions to improve the relationship.
