摘要
In the present work the optical properties of Poly(trans-dichlorobis(carboxyl penta methylene amine bisphenolyl-A) platinum(II) terphthalate) (PDPT) thin film have been studied at room temperature. Optical absorption and transmission spectra, at normal incidence of PDPT thin film were obtained in the range (300-900nm). The optical energy gap was estimated from the absorption coefficient values using Tauc's procedure. Refractive index, the optical dispersion parameter and the nonlinear optical susceptibility have been calculated.
