摘要：

Patients' follow-up after treatment represents a growing part of the radiation oncologist activity. Treatment effectiveness and morbidity are essential criteria to evaluate the quality of a clinical practice. Morbidity and mortality reviews and feedback experience meetings have been made mandatory. Post-treatment follow-up has to be explicitly and formally organized. In the present article, we review the existing recommendations and consider several examples regarding frequently encountered cancers. (C) 2011 Societe francaise de radiotherapie oncologique (SFRO).
