摘要：

Employment during the period of anxiety is an important factor affecting the successful employment of college students, the study of the problem received extensive attention of academic in recent years. In this paper, we will study and review the definition of selection anxiety, measurement tools for the preparation, factors affecting the graduate's vocational selection anxiety and its research progress, and then point out the main problems existing in the research, put forward further research prospect.
