摘要
The new electricity reform started in 2015 have issued a series of policy documents that the incremental distribution business is one of the core content. In this paper, a joint planning and operation model of distribution network is established under the condition of the deregulation of the distribution network. Three fictitious distribution networks are used to establish all possible combined planning and operation model. There are 5 possible programming models and the numerical example shows that the cost of the alliance including all the players is the smallest. The profit distribution model of cooperative game based on shapely value is also established in this paper, compared with the average distribution model finding that the Shapely allocation model can make the alliance stable that can optimize the allocation of resources also affect the long-term cooperation among stakeholders.
