摘要
In this issue of Immunity by Long et al. (2009) and Ruan et al. (2009) and Ruan et al. (2009) suggest that the transcription factor NF-kappa B-c-Rel is an important molecular mechanism by which T cell receptor-specificity for self-antigens instructs the selection of Foxp3(+) regulatory T cells.
