摘要：

The practice of east China indicates that cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&As) are beneficial to promote regional industrial structure adjustment. With the increasing cross-border M&As in the central region, how to improve location conditions and promote industrial structure adjustment in central region through attracting mergers and acquisitions by foreign investors is a problem that all central and local governments should consider deeply.
