摘要
This paper proposes augmenting the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) hybrid methodology of AHP-TOPSIS with dynamic-case handling (DCH) calculations and fuzzy logic. This method is evaluated with an illustrative example of three interrelated scenarios that rank 20 countries based on regional safety assessment related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The proposed method is compared to related work in the field. Additionally, sensitivity analysis is performed to evaluate the robustness of the proposed methodology. Empirical results demonstrate that the AHP-TOPSIS method coupled with fuzzy logic and DCH calculations is a realistic decision-making approach.
