摘要
Operating a C.I. Engine with bio-diesel has seen much advancement. Doping Nano additives are one among them. In the present study, Alumina Nanoparticles are prepared and doped to the Highperformance fuel blend. High performance fuel blend consists of 50% Diesel + 20% Pentanol + 20% Biodiesel + 10% Sunflower vegetable oil. Two varieties of additive fuel blends are prepared with 50 ppm and 100 ppm alumina Nano oxides. The results are compared with and without these Nano additives. The performance characteristics stated the prepared blends show slightly lesser performance values compared with diesel, but on a contrast, all the emission values are reduced by adding these additives. The blend with 100 ppm shows better performance and emission characteristics. ? 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
