摘要：

The construction industry in China, especially in railways field, is known to be one of the most hazardous with an unacceptably high level of injuries and fatalities resulting in considerable human suffering. Aiming to a better prevention of those situations, this article provides an effective tool to contractors in control the safety situation on railway construction site. Safety assessment indexes system is established, after the analysis of characters of railway construction site and statistics.
