摘要
We report a novel HLA-B*13 allele, B*13:50, found using high-resolution sequence-based typing in a Chinese donor. B*13:50 differs from B*13:01:01 by a single-nucleotide substitution (A→T) at position 482, in exon 3. © 2011 John Wiley & Sons A/S.
