摘要
Smoke causes the most deaths in fires. The objective of the smoke control systems in building is to make smoke-free escape routes for occupants. Based on conventional K - epsilon two-equation model, pressurized air movement in corridor, vestibule and stair-well was simulated and analyzed. Analyzed typical pressurization systems in one high-rise building which includes stair pressurization and stair pressurization in combination with vestibule pressurization. Supply air grills distribution and opening doors condition were studied in detail. The results show that requisite pressure difference between vestibule and corridor can be lower than that between stairwell and vestibule, and the worst case of opening doors is opening the fire doors of three adjoining floors at the top. or bottom of the building. The study coincides with the concurrent trend towards the introduction of performance-based flexible fire protection regulations.
