摘要
Fungus species and strainimpilous organisms on fragments of seeds of 13 1 plant taxons in water from three aquatic environments were investigated. A total of 258 fungal taxa, including 93 fungus species, 162 straminipilous organisms and 3 plasmodiophorales were recorded. The most common species were Saprolegnia ferax (on 64 seeds), Aphanomyces irregularis (49), Achlya americana (48), Pythium rostratum (47), Achlya polyandra (44), Saprolegnia glomerata (42), and Pythium inflatum (7). The largest number of fungus species and straminipilous organisms occurred oil seeds of Atropa belladonna (27 species), Sorbus torminalis (26), Borago officinalis (25), Cornus capitata (25), and Solanum sodomaeum (24). The largest numbers of species were recorded in running waters from Cypisek Spring (189) and the smallest (146) from Suprasl River, i.e. 50 and 24 exclusive for each of the water bodies, respectively.
