Cyclodextrin-based optosensor for the determination of riboflavin in pharmaceutical preparations

摘要
A flow-through optosensor for riboflavin was developed in conjunction with a flow injection system and using immobilized beta-cyclodextrin as the sensing agent. The detection limit for riboflavin was 9 ng ml(-1) with a relative standard deviation of 1% for the determination of 0.05 mu g ml(-1) (n = 7) of riboflavin. The recommended method was successfully tested for determination of riboflavin in pharmaceutical preparations.
