摘要：

The collection and distribution system in port coal logistics plays a significant role in the development of the port, which affect thuoughput directly and influence entire operation flow indirectly. This article researchs the flow of the collection and distribution system in port coal logistics, which establishs Time-optimization models and analyses models by linking with operation data of collection and distribution systerm in the Qinghuangdao port coal logistics.
