摘要
Most opioid receptor-mediated functions appear to be mediated through G protein interactions, therefore an understanding of opioid signalling requires knowledge of those interactions. This review chronicles the studies examining these interactions for all the opioid receptor subtypes, both in vivo and in vitro. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Inc.
