Sustainable development of energy chemical industry in North Shaanxi

摘要
Sustainable development of energy chemical industry in Northern Shaanxi has great significance both in national energy security, regional economic and social development. Through the analysis of resource endowment, of industrial contribution and of efficiency index of resource economy, the paper has demonstrated basic relations between the development of energy chemical industry in Northern Shaanxi and the regional economic growth. Based on the system theory, a system structural model and an evaluation index system for sustainable development ability of energy chemical industry in Northern Shaanxi had been constructed. Through empirical analysis on key indicators, it is illustrated that there exist imbalance problems involving 8 aspects in energy chemical industry development in Northern Shaanxi, then such countermeasures are put forward, as consummating industry development plan, lengthening the industrial chain, increasing the resources recovery ratio, promoting human capital formation, levying environment compensation fund, raising the fund in every way to speed up infrastructure construction and so on.
