摘要：
This paper proposes an algorithm extracting fuzzy rules based on fuzzy clustering and rough set. This algorithm contains three steps. Firstly, classifies the given samples fuzzily using fuzzy soft partition, and gets the membership degree matrix; Secondly, uses rough set theory and the membership degree matrix to get the initial decision table; Finally, simplifies the initial decision table and extracts the rule set. At last, according to the algorithm, this paper extracts the fuzzy rules about the economic growth in our country.
