Characterization of thick films of Fe2O3 obtained by chemical deposition

摘要
The Fe2O3 powders where prepared following the chemical deposition methods from chloride salts. After deposition the obtained powders where thermally treated up to temperature which allowed complete formation of alpha Fe2O3. This temperature was determined using DCS and X-ray analisis. The surface area was determined using the BET-method. After characterization of obtained powders,the suspension-paste was prepared. The thick films where prepared using the technique of screen-printing with the suport of Al2O3 After firing at the temperature of 800 degrees C the electric resistivities where determined.
