摘要
Isotopically pure C-12 and C-13 diamonds are synthesized by chemical vapor deposition and impulsive stimulated Raman scattering in these crystals is investigated. The thermal conductivity of C-12 isotopically pure damond and C-nat diamond with natural isotopic composition is measured. Phonon-nondegenerate Stokes lasing based on the chi((3)) nonlinearity in the C-12, C-13, and C-nat diamond "triad" is attained, which opens a new stage in the development of diamond photonics.
