摘要
This article is devoted to the problem of using blended learning and influence on the development of creativity of teachers in the system of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical staff of the highest educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Organizational and pedagogical conditions of implementation, specific functions and methods of organization of blended learning are revealed on the basis of the information system for monitoring the continuous retraining and advanced training of pedagogical staff. With the help of statistical analysis of experimental data, it is shown that the implementation of blended learning in the system of advanced training is an effective model in improving not only professional knowledge and competences of teachers of higher education, but also their creativity, namely, promotes the flexibility of thinking and the development of original approaches to problem situations.
