摘要
The aim of the study was to investigate the mRNA expression levels of IGF1, IGF1R, and SP1 in cervical epithelial cells in different stages of cervical cancerogenesis using real-time PCR. The analysis indicated up-regulation of IGF1 gene expression in L-SIL and H-SIL, followed by its down-regulation in cervical cancer. Firstly, the obtained results suggest that IGF1 can be recognised as an essential factor in cervical cancerogenesis; secondly the SP1 action may be crucial for IGF1 expression.
