摘要
The aim of this paper is to analyze the concept Industry 4.0 and its impacts on the labour market. in the first part of the article is presented the concept of Industry 4.0, and the second part analyzes the evolution of the unemployment rate of the Czech Republic and the EU. Also, logical deduction of required core competencies for employees in Industry 4.0 is placed in the paper. There was analyzed unemployment rate in the Czech Republic with context in EU and also was considered context of lower than the natural rate of unemployment in economics. The conclusion summarizes the results and presents possible areas for further research.
