摘要：

Operation engineers and supervisors are required to take every precaution to follow all the necessary guidelines to efficiently start up a plant in a timely, safety and cost-effective fashion. Startup guidelines are presented which assume that the contractor has not only constructed the plant by the P&IDs but also has the responsibility for the startup.
