摘要：
Account Information Management System not only guarantee the resource of state financial revenue on Real Estate, but also keep fare of market competent. The paper researches Account Information Management system of real estate and relation between real estate and market so that it conform to the need of real estate market. Reforming account information management fee deeply to enlarge the scale of real estate account information management revenue, adjust the scope of account information management payable and enlarge account information management database, Setting up evaluating policy of property account information management price and strength property account information management levy are the advice to perfect more real estate account information management policy in China.
