Effective chiral nitrogen-phosphine hybrid ligands for palladium-catalyzed enantioselective allylic substitution

摘要
The effective homo- and heterogeneous chiral nitrogen-phosphine hybrid ligands prepared from commercially available beta-amino alcohols give up to 83% enantiomeric excess in a palladium-catalyzed enantioselective allylic substitution reaction of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propenyl acetate. In the case of the heterogeneous system, the enantioselectivity remained when they were recycled.
