摘要：

Today the education reformation is very urgent, How do use the computer science and techmlogy or other fields new technology to improve education idea, system,contents, method isa very urgent problem, which we must face on. The computer simualation experiments system (CSES) apply a artifical intelligence, and control theory to build the mathematics model of experiments and instruments, morever, the teacher's experts system are formed, which concludes several dozens of years of experiece in physical experimental teaching is USTC. This simulation system has been applied in college teaching for over 3 years, the notable effects are produced. This paper described the design thinking, contents, characteristic, practice and other decails about the CSES.
