摘要：

The paper is based on an European engineering and management of risk project, in which is implied University Politehnica of Timisoara, through the Management Department, and try to answer at a diversity of problems for SMEs with the occasion EU enlargement. In the paper are presented the objectives, activities, risks and opportunities of such a project, as well as research and data processing, referring at geographic, demographic, educational and training problems, and other various aspects.
