摘要
Tophaceous pseudogout, also called calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate (CPPD) deposition disease, is characterized by acute, subacute or chronic joint inflammation and deposition of CPPD crystal in cartilages as well as other soft tissue structures. The case of a 68 year old female diagnosed of a tumorous CPPD deposition in and around the spinous processes of cervical spine is presented. Plain film radiography, computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and bone scintigraphy findings are described.
