摘要
Aplastic anemia (AA) is an uncommon but serious disorder characterized by pancytopenia resulting from non-function of the bone marrow. The incidence of AA is approximately 3 fold more common in East Asia than in Europe and United States where yearly incidence rates are approximately two patients per one million.(1)
