摘要：

Though cystic neurogenic tumours are not uncommon, fluid-fluid levels are distinctly rare. We describe the imaging findings of fluid-fuid levels in two neurogenic tumours, one in a mediastinal cystic schwannoma in a patient with multiple schwannoma and another in a cervical neurofibroma.
