摘要
The telemedicine usually need multipoint to multipoint communication. Because the communication users can be patients, specialists and medical centers, they have different communication mode and rates. Therefore, this kind of communication is complicated and limited. In this work, to meet the requirement of telemedicine communication, we present the concept of medical communication server which is able to receive data packages and deliver them according to the request asked by clients, and its implementation in Windows 95 environment by using winsocket is described.
